The Company
www.parfumsantoine.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) is operated by Né-Où SAS, SAS with 24 000 euros capital, located 1 rue Jules Ferry – 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt. Registered at RCS Nanterre under the number  52799400800011 ; VAT number FR69527994008.

Internet user and customer
The Internet user visiting the site or the customer placing an order declares to be of legal age at the time of the visit. He undertakes to provide and ensure the accuracy of all the information that will be required for the proper processing of his order or his request for information.

Website navigation
All navigation on the website – and in particular all orders made on the website – is subject to full compliance with these terms. Né-Où SAS reserves the right to change these terms at any time and without notice. The customer is reminded that the terms that were online at the time of his purchase and his explicit acceptance by checking a dedicated form field will be taken into account.

Intellectual property
The website and all of its content (including photos, images, illustrations, texts, videos, sounds, animations, etc.) are the exclusive property of Né-Où SAS. Any reproduction, even partial, of the aforementioned elements requires the express authorization of Né-Où SAS.
« Antoine lessive pour homme » and « Parfums Antoine » are trademarks registered with the French INPI.

Personal Data
The information and personal data collected on the website are intended exclusively for commercial use by Né-Où SAS. They will in no case be transferred to third parties without the express agreement of the Internet user or the customer unless the third party intervenes in the delivery or information process.

Products offered
The products offered for sale are those whose description is present on the site. Né-Où SAS takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products; however, if errors or omissions are revealed, the responsibility of Né-Où SAS cannot be sought.

Product prices
The prices of the products sold on the website are indicated in euros. They include VAT (according to the rate in force on the day of the order). They do not include participation in shipping fares, invoiced in addition where applicable. At the time of the order, and before payment, a summary of the total of the order is indicated to the customer.
Prices are freely set by Né-Où SAS, which reserves the right to modify them at any time. It is the price indicated on the site when ordering that is authentic to the passage of the transaction.
The products are payable on the day of the actual order in the case of payment by credit card or Paypal account.

Means of payment

The payment of orders is made at the choice of the customer:
1. Either by credit card (the accepted cards are available on the website www.paypal.com). The card is debited after verification of the means of payment implemented by Paypal.
2. Either by using a Paypal account
Né-Où SAS informs the customer that it has no access to information relating to the credit card or Paypal account. All this information is exchanged on the secure servers of the Paypal company and kept by it.

Order taking
Order taking on the website is subject to full compliance with the various steps imposed, in particular the exhaustive and good faith information of all the information requested.
The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price. He may also correct any errors, before confirming the order to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.

Order processing
Né-Où SAS reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer: who has not paid (total or partial) payment for a previous order; or with whom a payment dispute is in progress; or who has not accepted full compliance with these provisions.

Order Information
A confirmation email, accompanied by the corresponding invoice, will be sent to the customer after each order processing.
The customer therefore undertakes to provide a valid e-mail address.

Delivery
Deliveries are made in mainland France and in the countries indicated in the drop-down menu when placing the order; for any other destination, the customer is invited to contact Né-Où SAS.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The customer therefore undertakes to provide valid information when placing his order and at least for the following 15 days.
Né-Où SAS cannot be held liable in the event of a delivery problem due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Né-Où SAS undertakes to ship the package within 7 days and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the transport carried out by a service provider.
In the event of a damaged package (missing or damaged products), the customer undertakes to notify the carrier and Né-Où SAS, by any means, of all his comments within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Returns of products
The customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within 7 days of delivery of the order. This right is exercised by returning the products (unopened, unused) accompanied by the invoice, at the customer’s expense to the company’s address.
Né-Où SAS will reimburse the customer for the sums already paid, after deduction of shipping costs, within 15 days.

Applicable law and competent court
Any order automatically entails the customer’s acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These terms are subject to French law.
In the event of a customer complaint when placing an order, he can contact the Né-Où SAS customer service department to find an amicable solution.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
